That window is based on what our supplier quotes us. Carrier delays are the one thing nobody controls.

Tracking goes out by email when your order ships.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping is free on every order.

Delays outside our control

Once a package is with the carrier, transit times are subject to carrier and customs handling. If a package is delayed beyond the window above, contact us at hello@chirpandpounce.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and orders returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address will be refunded less original shipping costs.
